  About the Role:

  WorkPac are seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to join the team at Rio Tinto based at 7 Mile in Dampier. The successful candidate will work on a 5:2,4:3 days only roster.

  Duties and Responsibilities:

• Mobilisation coordinator - responsible for the professional and timely delivery of recruitment, mobilisation, administration and compliance of rail team members to our operation.

• Building crews in line with operational requirements

• Communicating Superintendents to ensure quality of labour and safety needs are met

• Co-ordinate and plan the delivery of training

• Manage all aspects of mobilisation and compliance, including client approvals, site access, training verification, flights and accommodation

• Prepare all employment contract documents and ensure paperwork is completed accurately

• Liaise and maintain relationships with external hire agencies

• Assist in the identification of strategies to improve overall efficiencies of the team

  About You:

• Proven experience in a Mobilisation Coordinator role

• Current Manual C Class Australian Licence

• Full Working Rights in Australia
