About the Role
WorkPac are currently partnering with Rio Tinto who are expanding their Mobilisation team based out of their Central Park office in Perth. In this position you will provide key administrative support to senior stakeholders within the business and work as part of the Sustaining Capital department.
Maintain master labour lists for varying projects
Audit and communicate forecasts for accommodation and variances
Coordinate with contractors and project leads on mobilisation reports and outcomes
Provide status updates and reporting on project specific travel and accommodation bookings
Provide key support within travel, onboarding and accommodation
Skills and Experience
Experience within travel and accommodation - desirable
1+ years experience in a mobilisation role
Strong attention to detail and capacity to manage competing tasks and deadlines
Current C Class drivers licence
Demonstrated ability within MS Office Suite, Outlook and Word
SAP experience - desirable
