About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Mobilisation Officer for our client, Rio Tinto. This role entails a range of contractor onboarding processes and project administration duties including SAP data entry. The successful candidate will start the role working Monday to Friday, eventually moving to a 8:6 roster.

Duties include:

• Day-to-day contractor liaison advising onboarding status, training requirements, travel coordinating, PPE, accommodation and more

• SAP data entry including entering contractor qualifications, raising purchase orders, service entry, profile reactivating and other ad-hoc administrative tasks

• Keep documentation up to date with all changes that occur over the project duration

• Support the completion GPTW (General Permit to Work) for Site Advisors prior to works commencing

• Assist with all Onboarding Enquiries to site advisors, delivery teams and other personnel

• Provide RTTMS and Inflight updates

Skills and Experience

• Experience working in mobilisation, site administration, project planning or similar

• Mining industry experience

• Attention to Detail

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

• Ability to work well under pressure

• Strong teamwork and communications skills, both verbal and written

• Proficiency in INX and SAP

• WA C Class Drivers Licence
