About the role:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Office Manager for an ongoing assignment located in Emerald. The successful applicant will have previous experience in an Office Manager role with customer service experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Email management

  • Customer queries

  • Managing large volume of phone calls

  • Supporting supervisors

Skills and Attributes:

  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft office excel, word, outlook

  • Previous experience in an Office Manager role

  • Customer service exposure

  • High attention to detail

  • Organisation and time management skills
