About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking an OH&S Officer for our client in Malaga. Permanent, full-time role with occasional travel to other locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting HSE awareness and assisting the continual improvements of the companys OH&S processes and performance.
Duties include (but not limited to):
Assist in maintaining Company Management Systems in accordance with the relevant legislation
Conduct internal audits, site work audits and monitor compliance to site specific requirements
Contribute to the safety culture by assisting the HSEQ Manager in developing strategies and action plans
Prepare system documentation as required and assist the HSEQ Manager in achieving the desired outcomes
Support the Site Managers in meeting company HSE duties
Fulfil the Health and Safety Toolbox Secretary role
Ensure all incident data and HSE metrics are supplied
Assist in incident investigation, identification and treat
