About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to join Rioâs Greater Brockman site within their Human Resources team. FIFO from Perth, 5:2, 4:3 roster, ongoing contract. The successful candidate will be required to manage the status of current site resourcing requirements including the roles, departments and commencement.

Duties include:

• Frequent liaising with stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding processes.

• Understanding start date and organisation transportation and meetings

• Communicating with Learning and Development for the new starts learning plan

• Ensuring roster schedule flights are booked

• Accommodation allocation in the villages

• Coordinating other onboarding procedures

Skills & Experience

• Strong Administration background

• Proficiency in SAP and INX InFlight

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Mining industry experience (preferred)

• Proficiency is MS Office

• WA C Class Drivers Licence
