About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Operations and Maintenance Site Manager to join our client based within Uralla NSW for a full time permanent contract.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Define permits and licenses needed for the O&M execution.
Obtain in-house permits and licenses.
Determine outsourced activities.
Recruitment process and interviews of technicians.
Subcontractor selections.
O&M Plan development.
H&S plan development in cooperation with the HSE.
Quality and Environment plan development.
Management of the execution of O&M contract.
Reporting of O&M activities to the Asset Manager.
Manage the relationship with local authorities and utilities.
Monitoring of asset's performance.
Management of personnel and subcontractors.
Management of Health and Safety issues.
