About the Role

Alongside our valued Client, opportunities exist for New To Industry Operators to work within a fast-paced team environment in Weipa. In this role you will play a key part in the support of the major mining project, you will receive full training/support and gain full competencies for operating Haul trucks. This role will be based on Amrun, you must reside on Amrun for the duration of your working days on.

Duties and Responsibilities

As an Operator within this busy site based environment you will be responsible for the operation of mobile plant equipment.

About you

To be successful for this role you will need a good attitude, keen attention to detail, a manual drivers licence, a background operating machinery is preferred however not essential, ability to contribute to a positive work environment, basic computer and numeracy skills. G1 is essential, or willingness to obtain. This is a local Weipa role, therefore all applicants must reside permanently in Weipa.
