About Our Client

Our client is Australia's largest coal miner and exporter, the world's largest supplier to the sea borne coking coal market and largest coal producer and supplier of metallurgical coal. The client has several mine sites across the Bowen Basin consisting primarily of open cut mines.

About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Haul Truck / Excavator and Service Operators to commence at a mine near Nebo. You will be working a 7/7 Roster, Day and Night Shift. Our Client is seeking Operators who have operated on site for a minimum of 6 months on a mine site. There is also a BIBO service from Mackay. BIBO or DIDO or Local.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate a range of machine including but not limited to Hitachi 5600 - Similar models / Size equipment, CAT 793 - Similar models / Size equipment

• Complete Pre-start checks on machinery.

• 12.5 Hour Shifts.

• Follow Company as well as Site Procedures & Policies to a safe standard.

Skills & Experience

• RII/ Training Transcript

• Minimum of 6 months mine experience operating on a minimum of a CAT 793

• Coal Board Medical

• Current Drivers Licence

• BMA Core or Standard 11

• Right to work within Australia
