Whitehaven Coal is Australia's largest independent coal producer and the leading coal producer in Northwest New South Wales.

About the role:
Are you a motivated individual seeking to start your career in Mining. WorkPac are currently recruiting new to industry operators at an open cutcoal mine site near Boggabri. Previous operating experience (civil and quarry)

What you will need:
Previous experience operating mobile plant in a civil, quarry or construction environment (Loaders, Dozers, Moxys, Skid Steer, Tractors etc)
Full C Class Licence and can confidently drive manual
Residential address located within 1hrs drive to Boggabri
Ability to undertake an Order 43 Medical and Drug and Alcohol screening.
CMI check (or willing to obtain)

What you will be doing:
Learn how to safely operate Dump Trucks in a coal mining environment
Working both Day and Night shifts on a Monday - Friday roster
Meeting KPIs within the coal production environment

Benefits:
Hourly rate of $34.63 per hour base rate + penalties
Additional night shift allowance of $5.19per hour
Additional hourly allowances accrued after your first 3 months:
Allowance 1: $5 per hour paid weekly
Allowance 2: $5 per hour paid quarterly
10.5 hour shifts
Monday - Friday roster
Superannuation paid on all rostered hours
