About Our Client

Our client is Australia's largest coal miner and exporter, the world's largest supplier to the sea borne coking coal market and largest coal producer and supplier of metallurgical coal. The client has several mine sites across the Bowen Basin consisting primarily of open cut mines.

About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Plant Operator's who will form part of and contribute to the Mine Operations Department. Operators to commence at a mine near Dysart. You will be working a 7/7 Roster (7 days on, 7 nights off). Our Client is seeking Operators who have operated a CAT 793, 797, Watercarts CAT 777, 785, Dozers CAT D10, D11, Graders CAT 16,24 Excavators Leibherr 996, Hitachi 3600,5600 or Shovels P & H 4100. Minimum of 6 months on a mine site. Multi comminute options being FIFO from Townsville, BIBO from Rockhampton and Mackay Or DIDO

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operator machinery safety

• Complete Pre-start checks on machinery

• 12.5 Hour Shifts

• Follow Company as well as Site Procedures & Policies to a safe standard

Skills & Experience

• RII/ Training Transcript

• Minimum of 6 months mine experience operating

• Coal Board Medical

• Current Drivers Licence

• Standard 11 or Equivalent

• Right to work within Australia
