About the role

Exciting new FIFO opportunities exist for Experienced Production Operators located in the greater Brisbane area. We are seeking Single and Multiskilled operators with proven mining experience to join our production crew on a 7/7 roster at a major Open Cut coal mine in the Gunnedah Basin with a lifespan of 25 years.

Enjoy a short private charter flight from Brisbane to Narrabri NSW, along with door to door pick up (return) to the airport, meaning weve taken all the travel logistics and long airport check ins and away from you. Transport will pick up as far north as Sunshine Coat and as far south as Surfers Paradise (Gold Coast) and out to Ipswich.

What you will be doing

You will be operating one or more of the following machines:

CAT 789s, Hitachi EH3500, & EH5000 Dump Trucks

CAT 777D, 773E Watercarts

D10, D11, 475, Wheel Dozer 854 Dozers

16M & 24M Graders

CAT 992, KOM WA1200 Wheel Loaders

Hitachi EX3600, EX5600 & EX8000 Excavators

What you will need

12 months production mining experience operating minimum Cat 789 Haul Truck

Verification of Competencies or signed skills list from a previous mine to validate previous operating experience

Australian Driver's Licence

Right to Work in Australia

Ability to undertake a NSW Order 43 Coal Board Medical

Hourly allowances paid additional to your rate:

Allowance 1 - $4 per hour paid weekly

Allowance 2 - $3 per hour paid quarterly

12K per year Retention Bonus paid quarterly

Superannuation paid on all rostered hours
