About The Client

This company specialise in the production of concrete pipes & culverts used for roadways, bridges and drainage and have seen a major increase in work out of their Swanbank based yard. With sites across Australia, their yard-based crew is comprised of Production Workers, Operator and Tradesmen.

About The Role

As a Production Worker you will work in either the Precast Zone or the Reo-Welding Zone and contribute to the manufacturing of small to large concrete pipes. Working 9-10 hours a day Monday to Friday, you will also have the flexibility to choose your own start time.

Production Worker Duties - Precast Zone

• Sanding down concrete

• Polishing concrete

• Setting and pouring moulds

• Finishing and stripping

• Shovelling, sweeping & cleaning

• Utilising hand/power tools and ladders regularly

Production Worker Duties - Reo-Welding Zone

• MIG welding

• Tack welding steel coils

• Measuring and cutting steel coils

• Ensuring your work area is clean

• Utilising hand/power tools
