About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking experienced Process Field Operator residential to Port Hedland. The principle purpose of this role is to operate and maintain equipment that controls the seawater brine and bitterns systems that are part of the concentrator and crystalliser fields along with sampling and recording the results with experience in operating mobile equipment for an ongoing role with Dampier Salt Limited.

To be suitable for this role we are looking for a Process Field Operator who can do the following.

Skills and Experience:

• Controlling brine sea water, bitterns movements in the crystalliser and concentration fields

• opening and closing of crystalliser gates to manage water movements

• rotating or moving pumps using vehicle mounted crane and high pressure water jetting

• carrying out GPS stock surveys using Trible GPS

• GPS development works utilising Trible software and identifying opportunities for improvements

• Density analysis and date entry in to database and Microsoft Excel spreadsheet

• Hold a genuine commitment to safety

• WA C Class Drivers Licence (HR or MC Drivers Licence Preferred)

• riggers licence - highly advantageous
