About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking a Production Planner to join our client on a full-time basis at their office in South/West Brisbane.

Reporting to the Production Manager, this role will involve the planning and coordination of workflow through the service and production centres with a focus on quality and improvement within the internal branches.

Duties include:

• Preparing and maintaining documents, reports and data entry

• Produce and submit purchase orders for the workshop

• Maintain procurement under advice and guidance from Sourcing Manager

• Manage and maintain current databases

• Raising and processing of work orders, creating and amending job packs

• Plan production workshop jobs in line with internal procedures under advice of Production Manager.

• Analysis and forecasting/planning for major component requirements

Skills and Experience

• 3+ years experience in a similar role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office platforms and spreadsheets

• Data entry and scheduling experience

• Strong report writing and analytical skills

• Attention to detail

• QLD Drivers Licence
