About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Program Officer to join our client on a Monday to Friday Roster, for an expected duration of twelve months with a potential for extension. The role will provide administrative support to program and project managers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor regional office projects for data quality
Schedule projects using P6
Collate, monitor and report on the performance and status of program/project
Assist with financial support activities
Provide assistance to Project Managers with Change Requests, Value of Work, Monthly Accruals and Cash Flow predictions
Creation of new project including relevant geographical and financial data
Comply with the WH&S Act, Regulations and Departmental policies
Skills and Experience
Computer Literacy with Microsoft Office products
Experience with Primavera P6 (preferred)
Current Australian 'C' class driver licence
