About the Position
WorkPac are currently seeking a Project Administrator/Coordinator for a 12 month role our client Rio Tinto's Rail Maintenance division based in Dampier. This role will see you working across a 5:2:4:3 roster on day shifts and is being offered as both residential and FIFO. Working closely with the Track Machines and Rail Maintenance Teams you will be involved in facilitating stream meetings, providing high levels of administrative support and monitoring all document compliance.
Duties will include:
Facilitate stream meetings
Lead our teams MAD, MIC, High 5 and safety fund proposals.
LV administration - keep track of upcoming services and windscreens etc
Monitor document compliance
Organise document (SWP) reviewing and document control
Ensure notices and banners are communicated to team
Assist with ad-hoc L&D admin requests - e.g., Cert 2 and 3 documentation
Organise external training - Adhoc training when required
Assist with training documentation creation
What you will need:
Prior experience within a Project Coordinator or Administrator role highly regarded
A strong team player attitude
Previous work in Rail Maintenance (Track) highly regarded
Demonstrated skills and abilities to deliver high work standards
Strong computing and keyboard skills
Attention to detail with accurate spelling and data entry skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
Basic SAP knowledge is desirable
Commitment to health, safety and environment, promoting positive behaviour and a supportive safety culture
C Class Drivers Licence
