Project Administrator/Coordinator

    About the Role:

    WorkPac are seeking an experienced Officer Operational Readiness for 6 - 12-month duration with the potential for extension. This role will work a 5/2/4/3 roster in the clients Rail Maintenance Excellence department.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reporting using Microsoft Project Online:

  • Assists with the creation, maintenance and reporting on the project plan and schedule.

  • Maintain Tracking actual progress and productivity against plan.

  • Assists with analysing and reporting implications of changes to plan and schedule.

  • Supports development of monthly schedule reports, including analysis.

  • OR&S Team Support:

  • Participates in project schedule review meetings and update schedules.

  • Assists in maintaining the integrity of integrated project schedules.

  • Provides technical support to OR&S team members and project stakeholders.

  • Development and distribution of meeting agendas and minutes

  • Project Process and documentation:

  • Assists in schedule development and monitoring for assigned areas.

  • Supports compliance with standardised processes, systems and tools.

  • Development of project technical documents

  • Stakeholder interaction:

  • Maintains the relationship with project stakeholders.

    About You:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification project management

  • Experience in a project engineering / management support role

  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and SAP

  • Good communication skills

  • Tertiary qualification and minimum 2 years' experience in a project support role

  • Highly proficient in MS Office, report, tender and specification writing

  • SAP experience (Desirable)

  • Budgeting and cashflow forecast experience (Desirable)

  • Problem solving

  • Attention to detail

  • Good communication skills

  • Developed time management skills

  • Strong OHS awareness

  • Current Manual C Class Australian Licence

  • Full Working Rights in Australia
