  • Initial 6 month contract with potential extension

  • FIFO 8/6 to Brockman 4

About The Role

WorkPac are seeking a Project Advisor to join a construction project implementation team for Rio Tinto Sustaining Capital on a FIFO 8/6 roster to Brockman 4.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with the implementation and delivery of project plans in line with construction schedules.

  • Supervise major structural upgrades and refurbishments for mine plant.

  • Provide interface between SMP and Electrical works.

  • Responsible for completions and handover to commissioning team.

Skills & Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Construction.

  • Previous Rio Tinto project construction experience.

  • Current WA C Class Driver's license.

  • Strong decision-making capability along with ability to work autonomously.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to lead, influence and motivate.
