About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our client at Muja Power Station in Collie, WA. This role will be supporting the generation project delivery team, working closely with Project Managers to deliver projects efficiently, on time and within budget.
The successful candidate will assist with planning, managing, and organising activities and resources, including managing various project elements including, schedule and risk management, maintaining project documentation, project reporting and the financial management of the project.
Monitor and report project progress
Project document management
Manage project communications
Assessment of contractors payment claims
Manage risk, trend, variation and change registers
Financial management tasks including invoices, service entries and accruals
Ensure contractor resources are compliant with client inductions and site access requirements
Facilitate project submission documents, including endorsements and approvals
Coordination and management of project resources
Skills and Experience
Previous experience working in project planning or similar
Organizational skills and efficient time management
Attention to detail
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
WA C Class Drivers Licence
