About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking a Project Engineer / Lead during construction phase based in Central Park in the CBD. Site travel is required on an ad-hoc basis.

Skills and Experiencing:

• Any discipline, but must be project focused. Ideally should have some technical knowledge of their discipline (engineering, building, small project delivery) but SME level knowledge not required

• Projects are in the NPI work stream so construction/non-mining background with any built form construction experience is suitable

• Ideally has mining experience, but not mandatory

• Familiarity with the Pilbara region a benefit but in no way a requirement

• Role entails the entire project life cycle from inception to close

• Idea generation

• Options analysis

• Consultant and design management

• Funding approvals

• Stakeholder engagement

• Project Engineer/Lead during construction phase

• Management of site issues where required

• Management of budget and construction programme

• Ability to both manage contractor reporting and deliver own reports upstream

• Close out

• 5-15 yearsexperience
