About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Project Lead with a Civil and Electrical background. Perth based, 5:2 roster with regular travel to the Pilbara. The successful candidate will be responsible for project management for a number of mid to large size earthwork construction projects in the Greater Brockman region, from completing the final stages of the Pre-Feasibility Studies, undertaking the Feasibility Studies, and moving the projects through Construction and Close Out.

Duties include:

Establishing the project team

Determining optimum design solutions in consultation with the design team

Creating an accurate Project Budget

Creating a Project Schedule to meet required business deadlines.

Forecasting Cash flow

Coordinating technical queries through the design team

Reviewing construction methodology and tender documentation

Reporting progress to multiple stakeholders

Managing Quality & Risk

Providing Safety Leadership & ensuring the highest HSEQ standards are being performed.

Skills & Experience

10+ yearsâ experience project managing bul earthworks projects including construction of roads, bridges, culverts, and associated infrastructure.

Experience in construction projects for mining companies in the Pilbara (desirable)

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to work autonomously, show initiative and be driven to achieve results.

WA C Class Drivers Licence
