About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Project Lead with a Structural, mechanical, and piping (SMP) background. This role will be focussing on the project management of several mid-sized fixed plant SMP projects in the Greater Brockman region, including design and installation of systems to reduce dust exposure. The successful candidate will be based in Perth, Monday to Friday with regular site travel as required.

Duties include:

??? Establishing the project teams

??? Utilising the Sustaining Capital project procedures to move the projects through the stages Pre-Feasibility, Feasibility, Implementation and Close Out.

??? Determining optimum design solutions in consultation with the design team

??? Creating an accurate Project Budget

??? Creating a Project Schedule to meet required business deadlines.

??? Forecasting Cash flow

??? Coordinating technical queries through the design team

??? Reviewing construction methodology and tender documentation

??? Reporting progress to multiple stakeholders

??? Managing Quality & Risk

??? Providing Safety Leadership & ensuring the highest HSEQ standards are being performed.

Skills and Experience

??? 5-10 years??? experience in Project Management within SMP projects

??? Strong mining background

??? Experience in design and construction of Dust Extraction system highly regarded.

??? Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement

??? Strong attention to detail

??? WA C Class Drivers Licence
