About Our Client

Our client is a leading provider of construction and building services, commercial plumbing, waste management and facilities management for mining and commercial clients in the Tom Price region.

Core Responsibilities

• Attendance of tender briefings, site meetings and information sessions as required on site.

• Liaison and clear communications with Estimating team on tender scopes and project handovers.

• Facilitation of project onsite kick off meetings including project statement, drivers, scope, timeline, success factors, risks and communications plan.

• Creation of project job packs including ITP's, project plans, methodologies and site requirements.

• Successfully build relationships and network to obtain new jobs and clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying potential growth opportunities.

• Scheduling of new works following the receipt of purchase orders from the client.

• Development of Microsoft Gantt charts in relation to project works in designated area.

• Attend meetings with client, operations manager, supervisors and company representatives as requested to assist with determination of project requirements.

• Ensure the site is compliant with safety requirements and building codes.

• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client, project team, planner and management.

• Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specifications and quality standards through regular quality inspections.

• Handling all issues that arise in a professional and prompt manner to ensure clients needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Compliance with KPI targets and requirements including monthly financial targets, safety, vehicle checklists and quality control checklists.

This position is a 2:1 roster, flying to the Pilbara and could be working across one of two projects which include a waste fines storage facility or a battery energy storage for spinning reserve. There is the opportunity for the fixed term contract to be extended and you will be on the client books directly, no contracting through labour hire. This role is paying $190 000 per annum and is day shift only.
