About the Position:

In partnership with our leading Fire and Security Client, WorkPac is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to commence immediately for an Full Time Permanent Position, direct with our client. This position will hold a Monday to Friday roster and will be 40 hours per week, based in Rydalmere (Sydney).

You will have proven technical skills and experience in the electronic security industry working with alarm systems, access control, CCTV and associated systems, with a solid understanding of IT systems. You will be committed to provided high levels of customer service. You will also need to be organised and able to work autonomously and plan your own workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing multiple projects from initial planning to client handover

• Delivery of revenue and margin budgets in line with agreed targets.

• Meeting planning, commitments, deadlines and success measurements

• Provide project lead on larger multi-faceted projects

• Liaise with Clients and builders as to progress and status reporting

• Provide Mentoring to new Project Managers / Commissioners

Requirements of the Position:

• 5 years experience in Project Management of integrated Electronic Security projects

• Familiarity with Australian Standards and their application

• Experience in the design of integrated electronic security systems

• A solid understanding of IT Systems and infrastructure

• A valid Drivers license (mandatory)

• The ability to obtain and retain A valid security license (mandatory)

• Ability to obtain an Australian government NV1 security clearance (desirable) NB you will need to be an Australian Citizen to apply for this clearance
