About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor to work on site with our client and assist with the operational execution of portfolio specific processes, procedures and deliver exceptional training to a range of audiences. To be successful in this position you will be someone who has experience in training with a strong focus towards safety. This is a FIFO position working Monday to Friday at our client's site in the Northern Territory.
Role Requirements:
Planning, scheduling and delivery of various training programs and internally delivered offerings.
Exposure to internal and external partnership activities.
Maintaining the quality and currency of delivery material.
Proven track record of training delivery, vendor partnership.
Skills and Experience
Strong focus towards Safety.
Training Delivery background.
Cert IV in Training and Assessing.
Able to adapt to last minute changes, troubleshoot, multi-task.
