About Our Client:

Our client is a leading national Australian precast Concrete Manufacturer, delivering engineering precast and prestressed concrete solutions for bridges and platforms, road and rail infrastructure, tunnels and shafts, retaining walls, pipeline systems, water treatment, reuse and detention, and traffic management as well as supplying products such as aggregate and sand, concrete, concrete pipe and products.

About the Role:

In partnership with our leading resources client, WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Project Supervisor for a full time, permanent opportunity direct with our client. This position will be FIFO from Perth on an 2/1 roster, 11 hour shifts based at Ironbridge or Koodiaderi commencing immediately.

Overseeing the production of concrete process, you will ensure all aspects of safety, production control, stock management, maintenance, quality assurance and stakeholder engagement and administration tasks are completed as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• To produce concrete in accordance with quality management systems and in a safe and environmentally compliant manner.

• To work closely with the Project Manager to achieve the efficient and cost effective operation at the site, that meets customer service requirements.

• To engage with all plant staff and drivers and provide strong leadership in the areas of health and safety, the environment, operations management, cost management and operational improvement

• Review and schedules orders for the day.

• Manage rostering of trucks and people alongside Effective and efficient ticketing and scheduling of jobs.

• Batching (manual or automated process).

• Control production of concrete including mixing time, slump control and water addition.

• Continually improve truck throughput in the plants.

• Constant monitoring of work in progress and pending contracts.

• Provide feedback of customer changing needs and issue to Project Manager

• Order raw materials to meet daily production requirements and ensure min/max stock levels are maintained.

• Raw material data goods receipt Dailey

• Lead stock take actively and participate on variance reviews

• Complete daily, weekly and monthly reporting as required

Key Requirements of the Role Include:

• Demonstrated Experience as a Project Supervisor with experience within Concrete Production Highly Regarded

• High Risk License- FEL

• Previous experience in leading a teams in a frontline supervisory capacity

• Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach to finding practical solutions

• Current HR Class drivers licence

• Ability to pass a full PEM including DAS and National Police Clearance
