About the Position

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Project Lead (Change Manager) to join our client Rio Tinto within their Mine Productivity Division for a 3 Month Contract with potential to extend. This is a Monday to Friday contract, 40 hours per week, based in Perth CBD Offices.

Duties will include

• Conducting change impact assessments

• Completing stakeholder analysis and engagement plans

• Developing change strategies

• Developing multi-channel project communications

• Lead and/or support stakeholder engagements and training

• Support the development of standard work practices

• Develop sustainability plans and ensure changes are embedded

• Lead replication of projects across different sites

• Deliver in collaboration with SMEs across the business, such as L&D, Communications, IS&T etc.

Skills and Experience

• Tertiary education in Commerce, Communications, Psychology, or related discipline

• Experience in a large and complex organisation delivering transformational change initiatives

• Demonstrated ability to liaise and engage with stakeholders at all levels

• Values led individual with coaching ability to upskill project managers

• C Class Drivers Licence

• Extensive stakeholder engagement experience at multiple levels

• Developing and implementing organisational change strategies

• Being able to quickly comprehend a variety of technical and engineering concepts

• Communications design and development

• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills

• Designing and facilitating workshops for multi-disciplinary groups

• Demonstrated track record of successful project implementation in complex environments
