About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking experienced Project Advisor to join our client for a 12 month duration. Project Advisor will Provide site support and updates to Project Leads to ensure Project safety, schedule and quality are met.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Uphold RTIO Values-Care, Courage, Curiosity

  • Provide site support and updates to Project Leads to ensure Project safety, schedule and quality are met

  • Coach and mentor, our contracting partners in RTIO systems and processes

  • Organise site project works and liaise with area owners and stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with the RTIO Contractor Management System (CMS)

  • Conduct regular reviews of project documentation

  • Ensure all incidents are investigated and that all actions are implemented accordingly

  • Undertake quality Leadership in the Field interactions

  • Assess and report on project deliverables

  • Collaborate with Project Leads through all phases of the project lifecycle

Preferred Background / Industry Experience

  • Worked within a multi-disciplinary and diverse team

  • Have experience in the expectations of what is required for Project delivery

  • Have a sound understanding of Health, Safety and/or Environment

  • Understand what is meant by Quality assurance and how to achieve it

  • Coach, mentor or supervised a team

Skills:

  • Strong people skills, with the ability to work with Contractors

  • Effective communicator and influencer

  • Good understanding of Project Management principles

  • Able to work effectively in changing environments

  • Conflict resolution

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships

  • Demonstrate a reasonable understanding of P6 and Microsoft project schedules

  • Problem solve complex situations

  • Demonstrate an understanding of Project management with experience in delivery Demonstrate a level of competancy Microsoft office skills notably in Word and Excel

  • Adhere to the core RTIO values

  • Demonstrate Everyday respect

  • Be a strong communicator
