About the Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Project Team Lead for an immediate start. This position will hold an 8:6 roster, 12 months in duration with an attractive hourly rate on offer for the successful applicant.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrating excellence in teamwork, partnership, communication and stakeholder management to achieve the role outcomes

• Guidance and support for leaders to understand and manage, prioritise

• Assists in the deployment the Cape Lambert capital plan

• Reporting, analysis in preparation for a highly accurate project forecast

• Process support and/or management of the delivery of improvement Capital initiatives across multiple departments

• Proactively ensuring the safe delivery of works with internal and external partners

• Working to continuously improve how we deliver Capital Projects

• Supporting and coaching others in delivering improvement opportunities

About You:

Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

• Proven capability and commitment to the safety of yourself and your team

• Relevant experience in a Project Team Leader position

• Strong teamwork, partnership, communication and stakeholder engagement skillsets

• Ability to work in a high-pace role, managing multiple deliverables simultaneously whilst maintaining high levels of autonomy and self-motivation

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Strong networking, problem solving and analytical skills

• Current "C Class" Driver's License

• Engineering Experience within a Mechanical, Civil or Electrical background (Desirable)

• A strong safety mindset
