About the Role:

WorkPac on behalf of our leading Australian owned and operated complete engineering provider tailoring innovating engineering solutions across the mining, marine and resource sectors are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer - Mechanical to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, update, and distribute project QA/QC documents, procedures and processes.

• Coordinate, prepare and implement project Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Check Sheets, Witness Point notifications, Concession / Deviation Request (CDR), Non-conformance Reports (NCR), and other associated QA/QC documentation.

• Perform inspections/surveillance/audits and organise tests to ensure that all works are compliant with the Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Check Sheets, Drawings, Plans and Specifications.

• Verify that Non-conformances and deficiencies are corrected and develop corrective/preventive action plans as required.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum tertiary qualification in Engineering, preferable Civil or Mechanical

• Would suit someone with 3+ years' experience ideally with exposure to large scale multidiscipline projects.

• Excellent communication skills; confident liaising with clients, suppliers, and colleagues across multiple disciplines.
