Receptionist

About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking a Receptionist for a large car dealership in Mandurah. Permanent, full-time role, Monday to Friday.

Duties include:

  • Greeting all visitors upon arrival to the centre, assisting with all enquiries

  • Daily customer service over the phone and through email enquiries

  • Processing deals and costing

  • Banking and finance support

  • Data entry and other ad-hoc duties when required

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 6 months experience in customer service

  • Previous experience working as a Receptionist will be highly regarded

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Strong communication skills

  • Right to work in Australia
