About Our Client

WorkPac are currently partnering with a large organisation who are looking to expand their team with a highly skilled corporate receptionist to support a key area of the business and provide extraordinary service to foster an exceptional and individual experience.

About the Role

We are currently looking to engage experienced Corporate Receptionists/office managers on an ongoing basis based out of the Brisbane Fringe where you will be working Monday to Friday in the organisations head office. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks supporting the internal team and stakeholders where you will be the face of the business.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record delivering mid to senior level office support, preferably in a large organisation

  • Ability to communicate with staff, visitors and guests with a clear and professional demeanour with outstanding professional presentation, reliability and discretion.

  • Experience delivering high level of service in a dynamic environment displaying a polite friendly and accommodating manner

  • Maintaining a clean and tidy reception, foyer and meeting rooms

  • Ability to answer and direct all incoming and internal telephone calls and relay messages with a clear and professional etiquette

  • Comfortable classifying mail both incoming/outgoing and dispersing them to the appropriate parties, actioning urgent items appropriately and promptly

  • Experience issuing and programming building access cards and maintaining associated records

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills both written and verbal

  • Time management skills, being able to manage competing priorities in a calm manner

  • Ordering office supplies and equipment where necessary and maintaining up to date registers of inventory

  • Coordination of courier deliveries and outgoing mail
