Permanent Position in Perth Full time hours working Monday to Friday Immediate Start About the Role: Workpac are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator for a permanent opportunity with our industrial Client based in Belmont, Perth. Our client is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Receptionist/Administrator to provide day to day support to the office. The successful candidate will hold excellent reception, secretarial or administration skills with experience assisting managing a front desk/reception space and support senior management on daily tasks. This is a permanent position with out Client and require someone on a full time basis working Monday to Friday 8.39an to 4.30pm. Key Duties: Oversee reception duties and responsibilities including answering phones, emails and day to day enquiries and will be the first point of contact for the office Providing administration support to Senior Management team including assisting with booking flights
