About the Role:

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor for our client in Emerald.

The successful candidate will come from a recruitment or HR background and will work closely with the hiring managers to deliver excellent candidates to the their teams. This position will require recruitment across a variety of roles so ability to adapt to job briefs is essential. This is a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate and is a full time opportunity working Monday to Friday in our clients Emerald office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Provide end to end recruitment and onboarding

• Network, build and maintain relationships with employees.

• Establish credibility as a subject matter expert

• Provide guidance and direction to the business on best practice recruitment initiatives

• Design dedicated advertising campaigns to promote vacancies

• Be actively involved in community events, professional associations and tradeshows

• Conduct proactive search campaigns for external applicants

• Manage communication between applicants, hiring managers and Panel members

• Maintain all recruitment onboarding documentation

Skills and Experience:

• C Class provisional drivers licence

• Tertiary qualification in Human resources is desirable

• 5 plus years experience in the recruitment field

• Solid oral and written communication skills

• Professional experience in a recruitment position

• Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships

• Be proficient in word processing, spreadsheets and data bases

The successful applicant will require to undertake a medical including drug and alcohol testing and have the right to work in Australia
