About the Role:
Workpac are seeking a Recruitment/Mobilisation Coordinator for an opportunity with our engineering client based in Henderson, WA.
As the Recruitment/Mobilisation Coordinator you will responsible for the timely delivery of recruitment, mobilisation, administration, and compliance of tradespersons to various projects throughout WA at both a branch level and WA site locations. This role will be based out of our client's Henderson office on an on-going basis. Work hours will be flexible with business requirements as this will include some weekend and after hours work in busy periods such as shutdowns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of recruitment including placing job adverts, screening applicants, conducting interviews, reference checks, training verification
Manage all aspects of mobilisation and compliance, including client approvals, site access, medicals, training verification, flights, rosters and accommodation
Prepare labour hire contract documents and ensure paperwork is completed prior to mobilisation
Communicate with personnel, labour hire agencies, clients and management on mobilizations, priorities, short falls and changes
Prepare statistics on recruitment and job placement for weekly meeting
Management of Employee files, licences, and training documents
Manage the day-to-day administration responsibilities related to recruitment and mobilisations
Experience Required:
Previous experience working within the mining, fabric maintenance or oil & gas industry will be highly regarded
Strong organisational and recruitment administration skills
Ability to handle high volumes of work
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Must be able to work autonomously as well as in a team
A Cert IV in HR and Cert IV in Business Admin would be highly regarded
Must have full working rights in Australia
