About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking experienced Reliability Engineers for Rio Tintoâs Yandicoogina site, within both Fixed Plant and Mobile Maintenance. FIFO from Perth, 5:2, 4:3 roster.
Duties include:
Provide maintenance and reliability engineering support for mining fixed plant and MEM.
Lead and conduct high level root cause analysis (RCA) for asset failures.
Analyse performance data to identify and implement reliability improvement initiatives.
Recommend strategies to support high levels of asset safety, reliability, and integrity.
Provide technical engineering support to site maintenance departments.
Execute technical based projects to improve asset performance.
Skills and Experience
Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering or similar
Strong Mechanical Engineer background
Experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance OR Fixed Plant (preferred)
Mining industry experience
Proficient in SAP
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
WA C Class Drivers Licence
