Fraud Reporting Officer
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure compliance with the Australian legislative requirements for fraud. The department you will be a part of contributes to the integrity of Australians by managing fraud risks and helping to govern and support the department's approach to fraud and non-compliance.
What You Will Be Doing
Generating reports from internal and existing systems
Perform research and data analysis to prepare reports
Driving compliance with reporting requirements
Applying better practices through trend analysis
Managing internal databases
Conducting quality assurance and data integrity checks
To be successful in this role you will require exposure to the following:
SQL (preferably Teradata)
SAS (preferably in macros and automation)
Visual analytics (Tableau, SAS VA, Power BI)
Experience in MS Office (Excel, Access, Visio)
Preferred understanding of case management systems (IBM, SAP)
Strong communication skills
Government experience is preferable but not essential
