About the Role
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Zero Harm Advisor for a role based in Victoria with our client who are leaders in providing integrated services within Australia and New Zealand. This role entails the support of Business Unit Operations and Management to ensure compliance with local Zero Harm plans, programs and management systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supporting operations to execute local Zero Harm Initiatives
Effective Implementation of IMS Zero Harm policy, procedures and standards through training, coaching and regular communications
Coach and support management teams to develop and review zero harm management plans and risk registers
Undertake data analysis to identify emerging trends
Conducting risk assessments and proposal of risk control strategies
Undertake field observations and inspections of pre-starts, aut
