Rotating roster

3 days a week 9am -4:30pm

Part time (with the potential for full time hours for the right candidate)

$35 hourly rate + penalties

About the client

Our client provides two main services from urban and public furniture and water management / irrigation with 40 years of experience.

About the role

We are seeking a sales & administrator assistant to support the sales & administration team across the entire sales/project lifecycle from a customer service and product/project support perspective.


Managing the reception

Maintain the CRM platform and database

Receive and manage in bounce company calls

Receive and manage company's general enquiry emails

Assist under direction with product and project logistics

Undertake after sales customer support and feedback

Manage and maintain office meeting spaces

Skills and Experience

Prior administration experience is essential

Customer service experience

Strong organisational skills

Strong attention to detail

Computer literacy skills
