About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Scheduler for Maintenance Integration at Cape Lambert. This role will work on a 5:2, 4:3 roster working 8-hour shifts. This role is a residential position.

You will be accountable for scheduling a variety of maintenance work fronts, to support the safe and efficient execution of planned maintenance at Cape Lambert. A varied and challenging role will require you to work closely with Planning, Contract Partners, Maintenance and Operations teams to ensure maintenance activities are prioritised and scheduled to optimise resources.

What you will be doing:

• Scheduling online work for various work teams

Optimising WFP and opportune work windows

• Reporting on key metrics as well as applying the five guiding principles of Lean for business improvement

• Holding meetings and liaising with key stakeholders about upcoming maintenance to ensure appropriate risk management strategies are in place

• Supporting the Shut scheduling when required

What you will be need:

• Intermediate SAP and Strong Microsoft Project experience. (Prometheus exposure would be beneficial but not necessary.)

• Be proactive with a strong commitment to driving a safe working culture

• Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills

• Process driven with Work Management knowledge

• Hold a current "C Class" WA Manual Driver's Licence
