  About the Role:

  WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Senior Engineer Facilities to join the team at Rio Tinto in Perth. This role will be ongoing on a Monday to Friday roster with regular travel to the Pilbara (usually day trips).

  Duties and Responsibilities:

• Early project development through to receiving the final deliverable and making it operational.

• Front end project scoping, the development and evaluation of options, working with internal and external stakeholders, the business case and seeking internal funding approvals then management of third party project delivery consultant team and acceptance of the project deliverable for operation by RTIO Facilities.

  About You:

• Project management knowledge and experience to manage consultant project management and delivery teams as the owners presentative for Rio Tinto Iron Ore Facilities

• Experience in the front-end development of project with strong technical knowledge

• Able to review documentation and with who can show strong communication skills

• Tertiary Engineering Qualifications with experience in mining is preferred

• Current C Class Australian Licence

• Full Working Rights in Australia
