About The Role

WorkPac are currently seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer with exposure to both Heavy Mobile Equipment (HME) and Fixed Plant Maintenance to join a dynamic and diverse team based at Greater Hope Downs.

The successful Senior Reliability Engineer will join the Asset Management & Engineering Services (AMES) team, working on a FIFO 5/2/4/3 roster, you will champion defect elimination and reliability engineering processes in order to improve asset reliability and integrity for mobile and fixed plant.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage team of 4 reliability engineers across 4 departments.

• Meet key metrics mainly relating to defect elimination projects.

• Create and maintain working relationship key stakeholders.

• Identify and manage multiple projects to increase availability.

Skills & Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering.

• Exposure to both HME and fixed plant maintenance.

• Demonstrated experience working with SAP, Excel, Power BI, APM is preferred.

• Current and valid manual 'C Class' driver's license.
