Our client is a vital part of a sustainable society and a global productivity partner for mining and infrastructure clients.
Our client works hard to develop and provide innovative and safe equipment (think drill rigs, rock excavation and construction equipment) for both surface and underground applications.
About the Role
WorkPac are seeking an experienced service administrator to help our client out with their administrative tasks.
You will be responsible for completing all service orders in SAP (including purchase orders and billings).
This is an on-going casual position with full time hours:
Mon to Fri - 9.00am to 2.30pm.
Workplace flexibility - you can do both working from home and in office*.
*You will be required to attend the office min. 2 times a week.
Duties and Responsibilities
Obtaining quotes prior to creating purchase orders
Creating purchase requests and ensuring that all required areas on the forms are filled out correctly
Scan and send invoices for payment
Print and/or email purchase orders to vendors
Receipt goods in correctly
Collect daily timesheets and check for accuracy & completeness
Record hours in SAP
Send accurate summary of timesheets to Payroll fortnightly
All labour entries to be entered prior to end of month. Any unentered labour will need to be reported before end of month
Assisting with travel forms and bookings for travel & accommodation
Using our clients systems: Lotus Notes, SAP, BPCS, CONCUR, Customer portals and data bases, MS Office, Sharepoint
All administrative duties as required
Complying with our clients safe work practices and COVID-19 regulations
Skills and Experience
Proficient with using SAP
Experienced with completing purchase orders and payroll timesheet entries
Must have a COVID-19 Vaccine Immunization History Statement/certificate OR a valid medical exemption letter
Have full working rights in Australia (Not suitable for student Visas)
Have your own car
Be able to work with minimal supervision
