Service & Rental Coordinator

About the Role:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced Service & Rental Coordinator for a permanent position with our industrial client based in Hemmant, Brisbane.

Our client are an international water solutions and service provider that focus on developing and providing a variety of water focused equipment, products and services. They are looking for a Service & Rental Coordinator to provide support and coordination of incoming service and repairs of products, as well as providing customer and sales team quotations, information and reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Team and Service Manager to assist with a smooth running of the branch. This role is an on-going, permanent position based at their Brisbane branch.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responds to customer queries and requests.

  • Books jobs into the workshop using iScala and raises job cards as necessary.

  • Prioritises jobs in consultation with the Service Manager, processing service and hire quotations and billing, and maintaining the Rental system to ensure accurate reporting.

  • Schedules invoicing, credit applications and requests, new suppliers and warranty.

  • Interprets equipment inspection data from fitters and enters repair quotation details into iScala.

  • Converts quotations into live jobs upon receipt of client purchase order / authorisation.

  • Advises customers of any undue delays resulting from spare part shortages and liaise with warehouse staff to determine time frames

  • Finalise processing for completed repair jobs, enter details in to relevant spreadsheets and file job cards

  • Responsible for the despatch and receipt of all goods, in accordance with established policies and procedures.

  • Pick orders/parts from the stores area, and prepare products for despatch.

Requirements for the role:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service/sales support capacity, preferably with some experience in a pump or engineering environment.

  • Must be customer focused, with excellent problem solving and time management skills.

  • Good attention to detail and time management skills.

  • Must hold good communication skills with internal stakeholders and customers

  • Must hold full working rights in Australia
