About the role
Coordinate the day to day functions of field service to ensure customer satisfaction and the efficient, profitable operation of this area of the business.
Ensure all administration duties are completed and finalized prior to end of month.
Duties and responsibilities
Work allocation - implement and organize run sheets for the day, including staff allocation
Liaise with internal departments for supplies, repairs and services including IT
Collate and complete staff timesheets and field service orders
Allocate call numbers to field personnel
Liaise with Workshop Foreman and Managers
Monitor staff leave and forms process ad procedures
Skills and experience
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Intermediate to Advanced computer skills - Pronto experience
Ability to multi-task
Customer service skills
Autonomous work ethic and also Team player
Strong adherence and understanding of OH & S policies and procedures in the workplace
Tickets and qualifications
Own car and transport
Current Forklift licence advantageous however not essential
