Join Our Team as a Service Technician - Electronic Security Permanent Position

Location: Port Macquarie, Newcastle, and Sydney

Salary: $85,000 up to $115,000 per annum (including car, laptop, and phone)

About the Role:

We are seeking skilled Electronic Security Technicians to play a crucial role in our service team, focused on delivering exceptional technical support to our large-scale commercial and government contracts. As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for ensuring the ongoing functionality, maintenance, and installation of alarms, access control, CCTV, and related systems. This is an opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team, servicing clients across Port Macquarie, Newcastle, and Sydney.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Conducting service, maintenance, and minor works installations on electronic security systems.

• Commissioning alarms, access control, CCTV, and associated systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Providing top-notch customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

• Operating autonomously within the Sydney, Port Macquarie, Newcastle and Dubbo Region.

• Participating in an on-call roster to address urgent client needs.

What You Will Need:

• Minimum of 5 years' proven technical experience in the electronic security industry, covering alarms, access control, CCTV, and associated systems.

• NSW Cabling license.

• Desired certification with Lenel, Gallagher, Integrity, or Milestone systems.

• Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

• Experience in designing integrated electronic security systems.

• Familiarity with Commercial, Government, and industrial sites' security requirements.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Organized and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
