Our client provides maintenance, refurbishment, sales and service support for heavy duty earthmoving.

About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking experienced Shotfirer Trade Assistant???s for an immediate start.

This position will be based at a mine site 35 minutes from Coolgardie. Transport to and from site will be provided.

Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting Shotfirer???s. This will include, however not be limited to the below duties:

  • Assisting with running shots

  • Assisting with setting up blast zones

  • Assisting with the operation of mobile manufacturing units

  • Assisting with the handling and transportation of explosives on site

Skills and Experience

  • WA C Class Drivers Licence

  • Dangerous Goods Security Card

  • National Police Clearance (under 12 months)

  • Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen & Pre-Employment Medical
