About the Role: WorkPac are seeking an experienced Mobilisation Officer to join our client in their Perth Office on a Monday to Friday roster. A great opportunity to assist with stakeholder management, contractor on-boarding and project administration. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with onboarding of employees and enquiries Raise purchase orders and assist with quotes Data entry of qualifications and other documentation Liaise with contractors regarding training matrix/rosters Manage booking of travel arrangements Assist and manage a portfolio of projects Generate and provide reports to relevant teams General administration duties Skills and Experience: Proven experience within a Site Administration, Mobilisation Officer or Onboarding admin position Strong communication and organisation skills High Attention to Detail Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite SAP experience (preferred) Current Australian 'C' class driver licen
