About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking a Site Administrator and Community Liaison Officer to join our client. This position is based in the suburb of Mansfield three days per week and Sumner two days per week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Project team
Manage the Site Office and Facilities
Enter and approve invoices
Answering and directing community enquiries
Assisting with preparing notices, flyers, and engagement activities
Data entry and administrative of systems
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience within a Communications, Administration or Customer Service position
Qualifications in Communications or studying towards (i.e. Certificate IV in Marketing and Communications, Diploma in Marketing and Communications or Certificate IIII course etc.)
Strong communication and organisation skills
High Attention to Detail
Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
Prior experience with JD Edwards, Adobe/Bluebeam (preferred)
Current Australian 'C' class driver licence
Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
